Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Mamma Mimos. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and to that end we have established the following return and refund policy.

Return Policy

You can easily request a return by contacting our support team via Email or Instagram DM within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

  • Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges in the case of damaged or defective items.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags intact, in the original packaging with the original folding.
  • We will issue a refund in the form of a gift card or credit points, which can be used for future purchases on the website for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance. Please note that a deduction of some amount (not more than 800 INR) might be made from the order value as a shipping cost incurred by us while delivering the product only incase of free delivery regions.

Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges for products in a different size, provided the following terms and conditions are met:

  • Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
  • The product is being exchanged for a bigger or smaller size.
  • The product is in its original condition, unwashed, and unused.
  • All tags and packaging are intact.

Please note that for exchanges, a credit note will be issued only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our team and provide the required details. Once acknowledged by our team, please send the product back to us at your own expense. Currently, we do not offer a reverse pickup facility.

When dispatching the product, please take an acknowledgement receipt from the courier person, stating the number of products being returned, their signature, and mobile number. We recommend using traceable mail services to ensure the safe and timely return of your items.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost shipments during the return process.
